Utilising a wide number of meditation techniques from various traditions, to relax the mind and body, and develop people's wellbeing and spiritual tool kits.
Focus will also be placed upon heart & mind coherence, and offering up prayers and visualisations to help raise the vibration of the entire planet.
These sessions are held in-person and online.
